On behalf of the Executive Board and Staff at Carpenters & Allied Workers Local 27, we are proud to have sponsored with Enbridge® Ride to Conquer Cancer®. This 2-day cycling event journeyed over 200km from Toronto to Niagara Falls. The event became virtual in the Fall of 2020. The funds raised during the Ride event support vital cancer research, treatment, care and prevention programs in Ontario and across Canada. This year we are proud to announce that 500 Riders took on the HAMMER physical and fundraising challenge in support of The Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation. We would also like to thank Steve Merker and Tammy Johnson for visiting our office and presenting us with an official HAMMER Vest! We can’t wait to further develop this partnership, allowing for a unified team that will allow us to do more for the future!
